This policy is valid from 1 hour after opening until 2 hours before closing.

Each item purchased has an estimated processing time. For example, if you order 2 cushions and 1 slate, the total time estimate is 1.5 hours. However, realistically, cushions take about 8 minutes each, and slates take around 20 minutes each.

This policy applies only to items we have in stock on our trailer, which will be confirmed when we process your order.

In simple terms, if we estimate that your order will take 10 minutes but it takes 15 minutes, no refund will be issued. A refund will only be given if the delay exceeds 30 minutes, which is a very generous policy that is not typically offered by high street competitors.
